Scott Viola has over 25 years sales and executive management experience in retail. In 2014 he started the retail and Specialty Beauty Division of The Kirschner Group. Scott partners with professional beauty companies to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand growth in new marketplaces and business opportunities.​​​​​​

Additionally, she has spent 15+ years in Sales working with key brands. Jan’s expertise spans buying, account management, Business development, product development, marketing, and strategic planning across the retail industry.

Rob Rowe entered the rep business in 1988 at GDHWD in the Illinois Wisconsin market. In 2010 he founded his own firm, Brave Idea, and has represented companies as large as Clorox and Conair Corporation as well as worked closely with emerging brands.

Most of his retail experience comes from working closely with Walgreens, Ulta Beauty & Kohl’s.
