​​​​​​​Robin Kettering arrived at TKG already having several careers in the professional beauty industry: from nail technician, to salon owner, to educator. During her 15-year career as an educator with one of the industry leaders, she earned the prestigious Educator of the Year award in 2000. As a former salon owner, Robin especially enjoys the business development aspect of her role at The Kirschner Group, Inc. working with both distributors and manufacturer partners planning and developing sales strategies and building strong partnerships.

​​​​​​​Donna Young joined TKG in September 2010 after a 10-year tenure with Beauty Brands. As their Director of Merchandise, she managed all salon and retail product buying, as well as in-store visual merchandising. During her time at the company, Donna was instrumental in growing the organization from just seven sites to 52 locations in 12 states. She has also held various management positions with Mercantile Stores, Inc. Donna received a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Clothing and a Master of Education from the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Minnesota

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Kimberly McKee has built sales, education teams, strong relationships, rich experiences and a diverse career in the Beauty Industry. She cherishes opportunities to have represented iconic brands like John Paul Mitchell Systems, Sexy Hair and FHI Heat. Gratefully contributing as a business developer, account manager and sales trainer to renowned partners like SalonCentric, BSG, HSN, JCPenney, Ulta, BBB, Jinny Corp, Regis, Sports Clips, Marianna Beauty and Sola Studios.

Kansas and Missouri

Louis is a long-time veteran in the industry having worked as a DSC for a full-service distributor, been a regional manager for GHD and most recently the Canadian Director of Sales for Beauty By Imagination.
