Melissa Cauley

Key Account Manager


Melissa joins the Kirschner Group, Inc. with a broad range of experience in both the retail and professional beauty industries. Her industry career started as a buyer at BSG. From there, she moved on to Ulta as the Buyer of Pro Nail and Prestige Hair brands.

Melissa then took her knowledge of the retail beauty industry, with a focus on Ulta, to L’Oreal, where she managed the Essie business for the Professional Products division for 7 years. Most recently, Melissa came from Bare Minerals, as Key Account Manager for Ulta.

Samantha Magill

Key Accounts Manager


Samantha Magill joins TKG with a diverse background in the beauty industry. As a logistics consultant, Samantha assisted in implementing successful supply chain management of target accounts such as Benefit and Elf Cosmetics.

With an understanding of the beauty business, Samantha developed key accounts in the salon and spa industry for a mid size beauty distribution company while developing and managing her own brand Tournesol Beauty.

Her experience in sales and marketing, social media management, retail sales and live shopping makes her instrumental to the TKG team.
